Shipping Policy
At KCrochet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return/ exchange guarantee. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the items to us. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued. However, we offer the option to request adjustment to the piece or even exchange it for another one. Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect and process the adjustments to be sent back within 30 days (beginning upon the day of arrival). In the case of an exchange, options include selection of an item currently in-store or even a tailored commission, of similar style & price. [standard commission rates apply]
